The Iceland traverse was an unsupported 15 day trek from the Northern town of Akureyri, ending up near the small town of Vik on the Southern coast. The team comprised of 5 members, 2 packrafters and 3 hikers. The plan was to split with the packrafters after 5 days as they headed to the river they would follow, and we would make out own way South. I was among the hikers, and completed our trek in 15 days.
